CO2 regulation and climate protection law
MAYGREEN provides comprehensive advice on national and European emissions trading issues. A particular focus is on regulatory, strategic and operational advice on the Cross-Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and its links to customs law. In addition, we also advise on issues such as the GHG quota and climate protection projects, both from a regulatory and contractual perspective. We also support companies on regulatory issues relating to CO2 compensation and corresponding contracts.
